Blessed with a wonderful wife and two boys,

I have a God-given passion to assist people to become more healthy through lifestyle changes, eating of natural foods, herbs, nutrition that nurtures, and heals our bodies. 
After more than 20 years of research and study in health as well as trial and error in my own health challenges, God has laid on my heart to share this knowledge with the church, as well as anyone else who wishes for better health,  because some of us are hurting,  suffering and some are dying due to ill health.
I believe the next most important thing to salvation for the soul, is health for the body.
