Coronavirus Protection
Please pass this on to anyone with a platform, or that is in a position to get this information out and test the benefits on particularly the elderly patients affected by the coronavirus, and to see if it will prevent the deadly complications associated with this virus in older people.
(The coronavirus) is deadly because it attacks the lungs. So one must ask, why many younger people fighting it off successfully and the elderly not, what is missing, what is depleted??! ...what is missing from the defenses of the older patients? Could it be that the answer to preventing the deaths from this virus has to do with the fact that as we age the depletion of CoQ10 in the lungs is allowing the virus to cause inflammation in the lungs and consequently the cause of their inability to function?
Please keep in mind that there is a possible connection with the fact that as we all age this nutrient CoQ10 is naturally depleted in our bodies and particularly in the lungs, leaving the lungs virtually defenseless in the face of such a virus that has much less effect on the majority of younger patients who contract it , which I suspect because younger people ugally have enough of CoQ10 to prevent inflammation from forming in the lungs as well as other defensive benefits on the immune system that CoQ10 provide.
There is no harm in trying this , this is a nutrient we all should take on a regular basis, it is virtually non toxic.
Please pass in on to caretakers of the elderly and I pray this will give them a fighting chance to live through this.
CoQ10 may not prevent anyone from getting the coronavirus but it may be the thing that minimizes it's deadly affect to that of a common cold or less, as the younger people experience. The CoQ10 can possibly be the thing that saves thousands of lives and the world can get back functioning normally again if the deadly aspect of this virus was eliminated...So It's worth a try!!!
CoQ10 for lung health - Protect against Pneumonia
In the body, the lungs contain the lowest amount of CoQ10 and they are susceptible to oxidative damage because of the large amounts of oxygen they come into contact with. Every cell in the body relies on the lungs working properly. Most of us do not think about how important the lungs are in our everyday lives, but we need the lungs to carry oxygen and other gases through the bloodstream.
Maintaining healthy lung capacity is necessary to exercise and be active, and perform normal tasks, too. Unfortunately, as we age, our lung capacity decreases. And without antioxidant protection, the lungs are at risk for diseases, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. Some people are also born with lung diseases.
COPD gets worse over time, and it becomes increasingly difficult to move air in and out of the lungs. The result is coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath. Chronic bronchitis and emphysema are common forms of COPD.
The National Emphysema Foundation notes that experts recommend CoQ10 for lung health supplementation, as it has been known to improve cell activity and ease inflammation in people with COPD. A 2005 study confirmed similar results, finding that supplementation with CoQ10 reduced inflammation and the need to take steroids in patients with asthma.
Reducing inflammation in the lungs is key please watch this video
Please note; People with medical conditions such as ("fatty liver") should first consult their healthcare provider before taking CoQ10.

could a vitamin d3 deficiency be the cause of COVID-19 virus deadly rampage?
Many studies show 60-80%
of the USA population is deficient in vitamin d3!
VITAMIN D3
ESSENTIAL FOR VIRUS PROTECTION
More than 186,000 persons died from the H1N1 “swine flu” (a strain of Influenza A) pandemic in 2009-10. Months after the initial outbreak of the virus, University of Virginia researchers published an article in the Journal of Environmental Pathology, Toxicology and Oncology strongly recommending that “all healthcare workers and patients be tested and treated for vitamin D3 deficiency to prevent” the spread of the H1N1 virus. "SO WHY IS THAT NOT BEING DONE NOW!!"

Heading 1
A new study has found that vitamin D may play a role in helping the immune system ward off respiratory diseases like the common cold.
Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium, which keeps your bones strong. However, the vitamin is naturally present in few foods. It’s added to some, such as milk, and also available as a dietary supplement. Vitamin D3 is produced by the body when sunlight strikes the skin, but most people in the U.S. don’t get enough sunlight to make sufficient amounts, particularly in winter months. It is a fact that almost half of Americans are deficient in Vitamin D3, and the percentage is even higher in urban areas. That fact alone should sound an alarm given the way this virus is attacking!!)

Why Dark Skin People Need More Vitamin D3
African countries have very low cases of Covid-19, but the difference between black people in America and in Africa is the amount of sunshine they are exposed to, which affects Vitamin D3 levels. Black people living in northern cities, usually are deficient in D3 due to the lack of supplementation of Vitamin D3 in winter months and overall sun exposure.
60% - 80% of the American population is deficient in vitamin D3, and the degree of deficiency in an individual
may determine the severity of the Covid-19 disease. In addition to the low vitamin D3 factor is the disproportion in underlying health issues in many black communities in America. A larger daily amount of vitamin D3 such as 1000iu or more daily, I believe would be helpful in alleviating the deficiency.
Laying in the sun for 20 minutes a day will provide you with immediate virus fighting vitamin D3.

Stay Safe & Strengthen Your Immune System
Is all of this really necessary for the coronavirus? Are public health officials overreacting to the threat posed by the virus that causes the disease COVID-19?
Medical historian, Howard Markel, M.D., Ph.D., a University of Michigan expert, has studied the effects of similar responses to past epidemics. “An outbreak anywhere can go everywhere,” he says. And right now, “We all need to pitch in to try to prevent cases both within ourselves and in our communities.”
It’s called “flattening the curve,” a term that public health officials use all the time but that many Americans just heard for the first time this week.
Malia Jones, PhD, MPH of University of Wisconsin–Madison who is an infectious disease epidemiologist suggests that we're going to see a tremendous increase in the number of US cases of COVID-19 in the next week.
This is not because of some new pattern in the spread of the disease, but rather due to a major change in the requirements to be tested. Initially, if you had flu-like illness but had not recently traveled to China, Italy, South Korea, or Iran, you couldn't be tested.
Now, you can be tested if you're sick and have a doctor's order to be tested. So expect things to feel a lot more panicky all of a sudden. We will see hundreds or thousands of new cases as a result of testing increases.
Unlike flu, COVID-19 is not *particularly* dangerous for children, so that’s some happy news. It is dangerous for older adults and those with lung conditions, so they need to be extra careful to protect themselves.
What can we do? Our focus should be on *slowing down the spread* of this disease so that we have time to get caught up. Here is Malia Jones' advice:
1. Wash. Your. Hands. Wash them so much.
The current best guess is that coronavirus is transmitted via close contact and surface contamination. A very small study came out suggesting that the virus causing COVID-19 is *mostly* transmitted via contact with contaminated surfaces.
Soap and water. Hand sanitizer also kills this virus, as does rubbing alcohol which is the main ingredient in hand sanitizer.
Note: This virus is spread in large droplets by coughing and sneezing. This means that the air will not infect you! BUT all the surfaces where these droplets land are infectious for about a week on average - everything that is associated with infected people will be contaminated and potentially infectious.
The virus is on surfaces and you will not be infected unless your unprotected face is directly coughed or sneezed upon. This virus only has cell receptors for lung cells (it only infects your lungs) The only way for the virus to infect you is through your nose or mouth via your hands or an infected cough or sneeze onto or into your nose or mouth.
2. Don’t pick your nose. Or put your fingers in your mouth, on your lips, or in your eyes.
Surface contact works like this: you touch something dirty. Maybe it's an elevator button. Virus sticks to your hands. Then you rub your eye. Then you touch your sandwich, and put the sandwich in your mouth. Now there is virus in your eyes and mouth.
Face masks should not be worn by the public right now, unless you are the person who is sick and you're on your way to or actually at the doctor's office. If you're the person who is sick and not on the way to the doctor, go home. Let the people who really need them have the masks. Like doctors.
Coronavirus does not appear to be airborne in the sense that doesn't remain floating around freely in the air for a long time, like measles does. You're probably not going to breathe it in, unless someone is coughing in front of you. If someone is coughing in your face, do tell them to move 6 feet away from you.
3. Sanitize the objects you and lots of other people touch--like door handles, shared keyboards at schools, salad bar tongs, etc.
They think that the virus can live on surfaces for 2-48 hours, maybe even longer, depending on the surface, temperature, and humidity.
Many common household cleaning products will kill this virus. However, white vinegar solution does not.
You can make your own inexpensive antimicrobial spray by mixing 1 part household bleach to 99 parts cold tap water. Spray this on surfaces and leave for 10-30 minutes.
Remember that this is bleach. It will ruin your sofa.
a) Use ONLY your knuckle to touch light switches. elevator buttons, etc.. Lift the gasoline dispenser with a paper towel or use a disposable glove.
b) Open doors with your closed fist or hip - do not grasp the handle with your hand, unless there is no other way to open the door. Especially important on bathroom and post office/commercial doors.
c) Use disinfectant wipes at the stores when they are available, including wiping the handle and child seat in grocery carts.
4. "Social distancing."
This means keeping people apart from one another (preferably 6 feet apart, and sanitizing shared objects). This public health strategy is our next line of defense, and its implementation has led to flights and events cancelled, borders closed, and schools closed.
Zoom is an excellent videoconferencing option.
NO HANDSHAKING! Use a fist bump, slight bow, elbow bump, etc.
5. If you are sick, stay home.
Your contributions to the world may not really be that important.
If someone in your family gets sick, your family will almost certainly be isolated for 2-3 weeks and asked to stay at home. Stocking up with essentials, refill any prescriptions, check your supply of coffee, kitty litter, and jigsaw puzzles.
6. Homeopathic and Zinc Lozenge Options
As of today, India has had low deaths cases from Coronavirus. This is remarkable because they have the 2nd largest population in the world. Their mass homeopathic prophylaxis program may be the reason.
Here is what the Indian government handed out free to all their people: Arsenicum album 30c: They suggest to take once daily for three consecutive days on an empty stomach.
Repeat once a month.
Zinc lozenges have been proven to be effective in blocking coronavirus (and most other viruses) from multiplying in your throat and nasopharynx. Use as directed several times each day when you begin to feel ANY "cold-like" symptoms beginning. It is best to lie down and let the lozenge dissolve in the back of your throat and nasopharynx.
7. Consider taking time out to take care of yourself.
