Psalm 107:31

Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

Salvation is A Free Gift From God!

God's Plan of Salvation

God's Plan of Salvation is simple.  There are many ways to express it, and many different Bible verses to follow, but one method is often referred to as the Roman Road.  Here's a brief summary of some of the verses in the Bible, God's Holy Word, and what it means to your life:

Sin came into the world due to Adam and Eves disobedience to God,  and therefore everyone born from Adam and Eve are sinners , that means all of us.  In other words, Adam and Eve caused us all to carry a generational curse. And the only thing that could break that curse of sin was God's sacrifice of Jesus Christ for the sins of the world. And it is a free gift to us all from God , the Gift of Salvation, through Jesus Christ.  But you must want it and accept it.

1.  Romans 3:23 - "For all have sinned, and come short of the Glory of God."

We all have sinned.  Regardless of whom you are, where you've been, or what you've done, we ALL have sinned and done things that are displeasing to God.  There is no one that is innocent, and NO ONE is without sin in their lives.

2.  Romans 6:23 - "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

The consequence of sin is death—not just physical death but eternal death. We believe that Hell is a real place that you will be sent to for eternity if you do not follow God's plan of salvation. We also believe that Heaven is a real place, and all those who have followed God's Plan of Salvation will be able to spend eternity with God in Heaven.

3.  Romans 5:8: "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

We believe that Jesus Christ came down to earth and died on the cross to pay the price for our sins. Jesus's resurrection proves that God accepted Jesus's death as the payment for our sins.

4.  Romans 10:9: "That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."

Since Jesus died for our sins, all we have to do is believe in Jesus and ask Jesus to forgive all your sins, and we will be saved!  Romans 10:13 says it again: "For everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved." Jesus died to pay the penalty for our sins and rescue us from eternal death.  Salvation, the forgiveness of sins, is available to anyone who will trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

5.  Pray to God for your salvation.

There is a simple prayer you can pray to God and declare that you are relying on Jesus Christ for your salvation.  The words themselves will not save you, only faith in Jesus Christ can provide salvation!  If you'd like to be saved, then believe and have faith in Jesus, and pray the following prayer to God:

"God, I know that I have sinned against you, and I am deserving of punishment.  But Jesus Christ took the punishment that I deserve so that through faith in Jesus I could be forgiven.  Please forgive me of my sins and come into my heart.  With your help, I place my trust in You for salvation.  Thank You for Your wonderful grace and forgiveness and the gift of eternal life.  AMEN!"

If you have prayed this prayer and believe the words that you have prayed to God, then you have followed God's Plan of Salvation.  We would like to rejoice with you on this decision, so please contact us and let us know that you have come to know Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior.

The results of salvation are also simple.  Romans 5:1 state "Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ".  Only through Jesus Christ can we have a relationship of peace with God.  Romans 8:1 teaches us, "Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus."  Because of Jesus's death on our behalf, we will never be condemned for our sins.  Finally, we have this precious promise of God from Romans 8:38–39: "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Once you are saved, you will need to grow and feed on God's word for spiritual growth, purchase a bible (suggest King James version), and find a good local bible-believing church that teaches God's word. You must maintain your walk with God by praying to him each day. Praying is a conversation with God. God will always love you, but he requires you to seek to be holy and righteous by avoiding sinful behavior.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. If you have any questions or if you have prayed the prayer shown above, please let us know so that we can support you in your decision and show you how a Christ-centered life will provide you with all the guidance and peace that you need in your life.

Persevere in Faith

Sunrise

                        What is faith?

Hebrews 11:1

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Hebrews 11:6

But without faith it is impossible to please God: for he that cometh to God must believe that God is, and that God is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

James 2:26

For as the body without the Spirit of God is spiritually barren, so faith without works is barren, unfruitful, also.

Faith is believing and acting on something you cannot see, or feel, or confident in an outcome that have not yet come to fruition

How Does God Judge Me ?!

God is the Judge, and thankfully so, we as people must strive to embrace others with love and compassion, empathy and leave the business of judging to God...because for many of us:
"There but for the grace of God, go I."   this proverbial phrase is used to express empathetic compassion and a sense of good fortune realized by avoiding hardship.   Who are we to judge another because of how they are dressed, or the make-up they wear, or for the lack of or how much they may have, or the state of a person's situation.  Leave that part to the Almighty God who if it wasn't for Him you too may be in an even worse state.  Let me remind you...you are but dust, and really have no power of your own apart from God.

 Mark 12:31

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’

The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ No other commandment is greater than these.”

1 Samuel 16:7
But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for [the Lord seeth] not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.

Matthew 15:10-11

And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand:

Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this  defileth a man.

Luke 6:37

Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.    Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned.   Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

            LOVE...
Do you really have it?

1 Corinthians 13

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. ...

The content of our conversation is a good indicator of where our love meter is.

Handle The Anointing with Care!!

Have God called you and chosen you for a work...do you feel His anointing on your life? If so there is something you must know.

We who are born again called and anointed of God to do a work...are not like the average Christian...We bear a higher accountability, We have a greater responsibility...We are called to a deeper sacrificed life, and a higher spiritual and moral standard....And yes, we must constantly examine ourselves before the throne... Know that there are great rewards set before you in doing what God has called you to do, but because of our redeemed sin nature we can still stumble and fall...because of our free will, we can make very bad decisions.   Know that the anointing can be taken away, due to willful sinning which you will be convicted for by the Holy Spirit... What does that mean?

Well, we are human yet to those who are in Christ we are redeemed, however we still have a choice to obey God laws, and voice or disobey... when we choose to disobey the Holy Spirit will convict your heart that God is not please...the problem comes in when we ignore that conviction and continue on sinning...though we know we are doing wrong and displeasing God.   And here is the thing,  God's anointing cannot dwell in the presence of an uncleaned disobedient, sinning vessel. Just like you will die and your soul and spirit leave your body if your body is damaged in a certain way, by a fall, or accident or drowning or some other trauma to the body, your anointing will leave you if sinning continues.   And let me tell you I have heard stories where the anointing left a person and what a decent they had taken , so much so that it would have been better if they had not been anointed in the first place...for that spiritual fall is great.  In the status of the spiritual you have now become lesser than just the average Christian in the kingdom ...and you will certainly feel and live with that conviction until God has called you home.

If you are anointed of the Father, keep yourself before the throne in holy examination...because it pleases the enemy greatly to tempt you and see you fall from the anointing...  But God's grace is sufficient,  If you are determine to please God and humbly keep yourself in check before God He is able to bring you through whatever temptations the enemy's army throws at you.  Be steadfast in your faith and you will hear well done though good and faithful servant!!  You will have no regrets, don't let the enemy tell you that you are missing out on this or that of the world living an Annointed life...remember these verses:

Mark 8:36

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?

Galatians 6:9

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Isaiah 40:31

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Luke 18:1

And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

OH That men would praise the Lord for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the children of men!  Psalm 107: 8

Spiritual Tips

If you are ever at the place where it seems you are at the end of your rope, and you say to God; "...your word is all I have left"   Listen carefully to His voice, and you

will hear Him say;     "All you have left is all you need!"

Praise Tip

The basis of praise is declaring God's character and attributes in the presence of others. When we recognize and affirm His goodness, we are holding up his perfect moral nature for all to see.

Praise benefits us because it takes our minds off our problems and needs and focuses on God's power, mercy, majesty, and love.

We love to give God praise!! But have you ever given God praise and thanksgiving for His Word?   Yes, we praise His Holy name which we should do often, His word says  "from the rising of the sun until the going down of the same His name is to be praised."   But wait!, take a look at :

Psalm 138:2

I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

So we see God magnifies His word even above His name.

That tells me we should be praising and thanking God for His word as well, just like we do for his name. ...or even more so, if He magnifies His word above His name. Then this is a key that I feel have been missing in our worship.

God is merciful

Psalm 103:14

For He knows our frame;
He remembers that we are dust.

Keep your relationship with God at the highest level!  Tithe your day with praise and thanksgiving!! When you wake in the morning, make it a special effort to just give God praise and thanksgiving for Who He is, and His goodness, and whatever else you wish to thank and praise Him for.  This will give foundation to your day, don't ask for anything ...this is God's time...He his worthy just to be praise, despite whatever you are going through, or whatever your needs may be...this is God's moment.
Remember we were created to praise and
worship God...So what better time of day to give Him in worship than the very first moments of your new day!

TRUE Hope!!

...I wait for the Lord, my soul waits,
and in his word I hope;  Psalm130:5

Life Is Fragile Handle with Care!
Psalm 139:13-17

13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.

14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

17 How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!

Life is fragile and we too often only are reminded of that when something devastating happens,  When all is going well, most people treat life as though it will be theirs forever.  But reality often reminds us instead life is a fragile gift and to handle it with care.  If we as human beings would keep that reality in our hearts and minds daily, that would help us all to be better, more compassionate human beings.  Value your relationships with loved ones more. Treat strangers with respect and hospitality more often and be concerned with those who are less fortunate. Think on these things and you will be on the road to mental, spiritual and physical transformation.
